Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per company policy and that orders and transfers are processed promptly.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, shift management in the absence of managers, and opening/closing duties.
