You will greet customers, lookup parts, quote prices, handle transactions, manage returns, and assist with stock and in‑store services after training. This role requires reliability and a customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, Weatherly Index System, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers' service needs for professional customers.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process transactions and handle cash, checks, and card payments.
• Handle exchanges/returns per policy; resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily image maker, planograms, stocking, and inventory counts.
• Perform in-store services when trained (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle per policy.
