Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and coordinate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.
• Greet customers, provide service, and uphold Ross brand professionalism.
