Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to maintain Non-Perishable schematic integrity in the assigned store. This role requires accuracy and the ability to coordinate weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities to keep shelves compliant.

You will be the primary schematics contact for the store, providing notice of reset changes to the Store Manager and department leads, and ensuring changes are signed off and correctly implemented.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain reset programs and schedules.
• Excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable depts.
• Ensure categories are set according to schematics to support selling culture.
• Coordinate with Scan Coordinators and Dept Managers to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by the Support Office.
• Ensure schematics align with internal policies and obtain sign-off from managers.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department for issues.
