Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. This role leads reset planning for Non-Perishable departments, ensuring correct placement and compliance with schematics while supporting a positive customer experience.

The position requires attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work varied hours. You will partner with store managers and department leaders to keep shelves accurate and up-to-date in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to analyze reset programs and maintain reports.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins).
• Ensure schematics are followed and items are correctly placed for purchase.
• Work with Scan Coordinators and Dept Managers to maintain schematic compliance and availability.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed by Support Office.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager/Dept Managers when work is complete.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office for issues or discrepancies.
