Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Store Schematics Coordinator to manage non-perishable schematics and conduct weekly resets to support merchandising integrity.

You will ensure accurate category placement and act as the primary schematics contact for store leadership. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to read schematics and price tags, and the stamina to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 17 lbs, walking several miles, and moving items

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage reset programs.
• Excellent mathematical skills and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and execute store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts.
• Support selling culture by ensuring categories follow schematics.
• Collaborate with Scan Coordinators and Managers to maintain schematic compliance.
• Complete weekly Reset/STS activity as directed.
• Ensure schematics are executed per internal policies and procedures.
• Obtain sign-off from Store Manager, ASM or Dept Managers when work is complete.
• Provide timely feedback to Support Office Schematic Department.
