Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on associate to travel among multiple store locations within your territory, executing plan-ograms and maintaining in-store displays. You will stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels and perform display resets as needed.

This role requires the ability to travel, lift up to 50 lbs, and read plan-ograms, with strong customer-relations skills. A valid driver’s license is required and a company car may be provided.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-ograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

What You’ll Do
