The Hillman Group is seeking a PART TIME Store Sales Representative to cover a 24-hour, 3-day-a-week schedule across designated stores in Albuquerque. You’ll be the face of Hillman in your territory, maintaining displays, managing inventory, and building relationships with store teams.

The role requires owning a car for travel to stores, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour plus car and cell phone allowances and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail/merchandising/field service experience preferred
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to read and execute plan-ograms
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

What You’ll Do
