Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a part-time Store Sales Representative to own a territory, actively engaging in in-store visits and maintaining displays. You will drive product organization, stock levels, and reporting, traveling between stores with a car and flexible daily schedule.

This hands-on role rewards independent work, experience in retail or field service, and the ability to build strong store relationships while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores and occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

This roles requires you to own and operate your own car to travel to the stores.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.
