Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a part-time Store Sales Representative to cover a 3-day work week (25 hours). You will travel across multiple store locations in Illinois, managing displays, stock, and inventory while building relationships with store associates and managers.

This hands-on role rewards proactive problem solving with a flexible schedule, car/cell allowances, and opportunities for growth within a national home improvement products leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or field service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations within the territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure inventory levels.
• Perform display resets and assemble/disassemble fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store staff and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
