Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a part-time Store Sales Representative in Rio Rancho, NM to cover 24 hours across 3 days. You will own your territory, maintain displays, manage stock, and build relationships with store staff.

You’ll travel between store locations, execute plan-ograms, and complete service reports. The role offers a car allowance, gas card, phone allowance, and PTO, with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Independent work style with strong scheduling discipline.
• Strong communication and customer-relationship skills.
• Ability to read/execute plan-ograms.
• Intermediate Word/Excel/Windows knowledge.
• Willingness to travel between stores; overnight stays possible.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

This roles requires you to own and operate your own car to travel to the stores.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
