Job summary

Hillman is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own the territory, keep displays sharp, maintain inventory flow, and build relationships with store teams. This hands-on role involves travel between stores, executing planograms, and ensuring product availability.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently with strong communication skills. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer-relationship skills.
• Read and execute plan-ograms.
• MS Word, MS Excel, and Windows proficiency.
• Willingness to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-ograms and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan‑ograms and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
