Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a hands-on field team member to support store merchandising and product availability. You will travel to multiple store locations, execute planograms, stock and organize products, and perform display resets to ensure optimal in-store presentation.

We value independence, reliability, and strong communication as you build relationships with store staff. This role includes flexible scheduling, vehicle allowances, and benefits as part of a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
