Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for execution.
• Lead Team Leaders and Sales Team Members with focus on selling behaviors and customer engagement.
• Own front-end and BOPIS execution, and store presentation standards.
• Drive sales and profit through daily execution and staff development.
