Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Store Sales Manager to lead selling, service, and front-of-store presentation across over $9M store operations. The role drives Legendary Customer Experience, coaching, and daily execution in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include staff development, customer engagement, and maintaining merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should bring leadership experience and a valid driver’s license for regional store

Qualifications

Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required. Prior sales and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead selling, service, and front‑of‑store presentation to a high standard.
Coach Team Members using A+ Coaching routines to improve selling behaviors.
Own customer loyalty, selling metrics, and monthly training for Sales Team Members.
Oversee front‑end execution, cashier responsibilities, and customer throughput.
Maintain Garden Center, Live Goods Center, and Tent standards as applicable.
Drive sales and profit with daily execution and planning support to the Store Manager.
