Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Store Sales Manager to lead selling, service, and front-of-store presentation in stores over $9M annual volume. You will drive Legendary Customer Experience routines, coaching, and daily execution across the sales floor to achieve customer loyalty and sales goals.

This role oversees Team Leader development, BOPIS completion, and frontline operations, partnering with the Store Manager to boost sales and profits while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership experience required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead Legendary Customer Experience and coaching routines.
• Ensure daily completion of BOPIS picks and front-end execution.
• Oversee front-end responsibilities including cashier duties and customer throughput.
• Drive sales and profit by planning and executing daily operations.
• Develop Team Members and Team Leaders with coaching and training.
