Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling, service, and front-of-store presentation across the store.
• Coach Team Leaders and Sales Team Members on selling behaviors and customer engagement.
• Ensure completion of BOPIS and front-end execution with adherence to company standards.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Experience and drive sales metrics.
• Maintain presentation standards for Garden Center, Live Goods Center, and other departments.
