Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; read/write/count skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Legendary Customer Experience and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement.
• Coach Team Members using A+ Coaching routines to improve selling behaviors and standards.
• Ensure BOPIS and front-end execution; drive sales and profit daily.
• Maintain front sidewalk, center court, and product presentation standards.
