You will manage Customer loyalty, training, and daily front-end operations, ensuring BOPIS accuracy and consistently high presentation standards across the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling, service, and front-of-store execution to meet sales goals.
• Coach and develop Team Members; drive Legendary Customer Experience and coaching routines.
• Oversee BOPIS picks and front-end responsibilities; ensure presentation standards and store performance.
• Own customer loyalty initiatives, selling skills, and monthly training for Sales Team Members.
