Responsabilités

• Lead Mattress Firm's vision, initiatives and achieve sales goals by directing in-store merchandising across the store unit.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and customer service.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing levels and scheduling for the store.
• Execute product transfers, inventory controls and loss prevention practices.
• Partner with marketing to execute local campaigns and drive omni-channel sales.
