Mattress Firm is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and coach a team of associates. You will oversee merchandising, staffing, and omni-channel initiatives while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to company policies.

You will partner with leadership to optimize staffing levels, analyze reports, and develop your team’s skills through ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Formación

• Experience leading a store team and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to coach and develop associates for performance improvement.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling and workforce management.
• Strong customer service orientation and brand representation.

Responsabilidades

• Con conduct one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations and aspirations.
• Lead workforce management activities and determine staffing levels.
• Analyze reporting to adjust staffing and drive KPIs.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to associates and customers.
• Manage stock inventory and ensure proper cash handling and invoicing.
