Mattress Firm is seeking a Store Manager to lead vision and sales performance across multiple store units. You will coach and develop teams, manage staffing, and drive in-store customer experiences with a focus on exceeding targets.

You will oversee onboarding, performance check-ins, and alignment with company policies while optimizing stock and cash handling. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with marketing for promotions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience driving store teams to meet/ exceed sales targets.
• Strong coaching and development skills for multi-store teams.
• Ability to analyze reporting and adjust staffing and operations accordingly.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on in-store experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead store vision, initiatives, and sales performance across units.
• Conduct onboarding and develop team members with check-ins and bio book updates.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coach and develop associates' skills, drive omni-channel strategies, and optimize stock flow.
• Manage cash handling, invoicing, and merchandising execution at store level.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement social media and promotions.
