Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience across multiple units. You’ll oversee merchandising, KPI results, and omni-channel initiatives while coaching a team to put the customer at the center.

You’ll conduct 30–60–90 day onboarding, manage staffing levels, analyze reports to adjust staffing, and partner with marketing on store promotions and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to meet sales and KPI targets across multiple units.
• Conduct 30-60-90 day onboarding with new team members and develop a comprehensive team bio book.
• Plan staffing levels and reconcile punches; manage workforce scheduling and adherence to policies.
• Ensure store policies and state regulations are followed; maintain compliance in operations.
• Drive in-store merchandising, marketing, and POP standards; support omni-channel initiatives.
• Partner with marketing to plan and monitor the store's social media strategy to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee inventory management, stock flow, and cash handling per company procedures.
