Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. in the United States seeks a Sales Team Manager who drives store sales and profitability by leading a team of sales associates, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving key metrics.

This exempt role develops associates in effective selling techniques, executes successful store events, and maintains an attractive store environment. This role collaborates with other store leaders to optimize team performance and promote memorable shopping experiences

Competenze

• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience and a dedication to customer experience excellence.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to develop associates.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving store objectives and metrics.
• Inspire the team to deliver positive customer experiences and drive sales through relationships and personalized service.
• Develop and implement strategies for promotional and grassroots events and clienteling.
• Collaborate with store operations on floor sets, product placement, pricing, replenishment, and other activities.
• Participate in weekly leadership workload planning to prep store activities.
• Partner with HR to align schedules with business needs and traffic plans.
• Build team knowledge and training initiatives to ensure readiness in service, selling, and operations.
• Set clear priorities and expectations; review performance and coach accordingly.
• Drive retention and engagement by recognizing contributions and promoting activities.
• Foster a positive store culture and ensure team members feel valued and included.
• Support filling open positions through recruitment and interview processes.
