Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience and a dedication to customer experience excellence.
• Ability to develop others through mentorship and coaching.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leaders and associates to drive store sales and profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales and key metric goals.
• Oversee inbound/outbound deliveries, inventory, and floor sets.
• Collaborate with other store leaders to optimize team performance.
