This exempt role focuses on coaching, events, and maintaining an appealing store environment while collaborating with other leaders to optimize performance. You will own the customer experience, promote memorable shopping, and develop the team through training, scheduling, and recognition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience.
• Ability to mentor and coach others.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales associates to deliver customer service and achieve sales metrics.
• Plan and execute store events and clienteling activities.
• Coordinate with store operations on floor sets, pricing, and replenishment.
• Partner with HR to align schedules with traffic and coaching.
