Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior sales and supervisory experience preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Reading, writing, and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Legendary Service and coach the team to high selling standards.
• Lead Customer Experience and Team Leader execution.
• Own customer loyalty and selling metrics including HIGH 5.
• Ensure front-end execution and BOPIS coordination.
• Maintain store presentation and safety standards.
