Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Team Leader who guides store operations, delivers Legendary Service, coaches Team Members, and owns key merchandising areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. You will lead shifts, ensure safe practices, support BOPIS/OMNI, and drive customer engagement while upholding store standards.

Experience in retail and supervisory roles is preferred; education and licensing requirements vary.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming/pet knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting abilities required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts incl. nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI and in-store readiness.
• Lead team members during shifts and ensure safety.
• Operate cash register and assist customers.
