You will drive Legendary Service and ensure visual standards like Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps are maintained while supporting BOPIS/OMNI operations.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, customer engagement, and supervising teammates on shift; prior retail or supervisory experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring service expectations and safety.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store readiness as assigned.
• Operate cash register and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete required documentation and participate in training as needed.
