Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead customer experience, selling, and front-of-store presentation across a high-activity store. The role drives Legendary Customer Experience routines, coaching, and sales capability through the team to meet daily targets.

You will manage Team Leaders, own customer loyalty and selling metrics, and ensure daily execution of standards, training, and safety across the department.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Prior sales and supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and selling metrics across the store.
• Coach and develop team members and ensure execution of store standards.
• Oversee front-end operations and cash handling while maintaining presentation standards.
