Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team as Leader on Duty, drive strong guest experiences, and run daily store operations. You’ll train and energize associates, recruit talent, and ensure AEO Brand Standards are met across salesfloor and fitting room.

You’ll lead by example, provide real-time coaching, and celebrate top performances while maintaining safety and asset protection standards. Flexible availability is preferred.

• Proven ability to lead a retail team to meet sales KPIs.
• Experience coaching and developing store associates.
• Strong customer service focus and guest-first approach.
• Ability to implement visual and operational standards.
