• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing guest engagement and KPI results.
• Motivate and coach associates to uphold service standards and brand values.
• Recruit, train and develop team members to ensure strong staffing and performance.

• Lead visual and store operations including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards while adhering to policies.
