American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader in Orlando to support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will drive daily operations, coach and celebrate associates, and model AEO's guest-first service standards.

You bring a passion for sales, talent development and loss prevention, with a track record of motivating teams to hit KPI targets while maintaining brand standards and store visuals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Lead and motivate associates, uphold AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure the store is consistently staffed to meet business needs.
• Set clear goals and provide real-time coaching, celebrating outstanding performance to drive KPI results.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready.
