American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team with Leader on Duty shifts and a focus on delivering a stellar guest experience.

You will drive daily operations, train and motivate associates, and represent our REAL self and values in-store. You’ll maximize KPI results by boosting fitting room and salesfloor productivity, recruiting and developing talent, and ensuring adherence to AEO Brand Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Support Store Leadership by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and maintaining AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and train associates to ensure adequate staffing and ongoing development of team members.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to motivate associates and celebrate exceptional performance.
• Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection, upholding company policies and ensuring a safe work environment.
