Qualifications

• Retail or commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain neat showroom and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their sleep needs.
• Use bedMATCH technology to guide recommendations.
• Demonstrate and sell top-brand products.
• Educate customers on financing, warranties, and delivery options.
• Train and develop associates to meet sales goals.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Ensure showroom is maintained to company standards.
• Lead by example to foster a high-energy sales environment.
