Qualifications

• Previous retail or commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to find their sleep solution and lead the team.
• Greet and engage customers to identify sleep needs.
• Use bedMATCH technology to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Sell top-name brand products and explain financing/warranties.
• Train and mentor associates to achieve sales goals.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Maintain showroom standards and lead by example.
