Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead a high-energy team and guide customers to the right sleep solutions. You will greet customers, leverage bedMATCH technology, demonstrate and sell top-brand products, and educate on financing, warranties, and delivery options.

You will train and coach associates, manage daily store operations, inventory, and sales reporting, and maintain showroom standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Retail or commissioned sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maintain a neat showroom.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to identify their sleep needs.
• Utilize bedMATCH technology to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Recommend, demonstrate, and sell top-name brand products.
