• Lead and champion selling culture to drive sales and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations; ensure brand standards and SOP compliance.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program; drive retention.
• Oversee events and store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, Cut Bar).
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
• Support Custom Framing operations in select volume frame shops.
