Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience in managing front-end operations and customer service.
• Ability to coach staff and drive sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout, supporting transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events and partner with departments for successful execution.
