Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales and service KPIs
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions
• Drive omni-channel initiatives including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery
• Support Loyalty Rewards, protection plans, and other in-store programs
• Maintain asset protection, store conditions, and SOP adherence
