The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Full-Time Sales Manager for the Munhall store (PITT-WATERFRONT, PA). You will lead selling culture, coach teams, and drive KPI achievement through strong customer focus and day-to-day operations.

You will manage SOP compliance, POS systems, and omni-channel services while contributing to events and loyalty programs. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, with a focus on delivering engaging customer experiences and effective store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee events and in-store programs such as balloons, birthday parties, and loyalty enrollment.
