You will coach teammates, handle opening/closing duties, manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, and champion brand priorities to drive sales and service.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store team and support leadership responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to help achieve performance goals.
• Handle opening/closing duties, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Share product knowledge and uphold brand standards in an omni-channel environment.
• Create a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience.
