UNTUCKit in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a results-driven retail leader to manage the sales floor and drive store performance. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach peers, and ensure daily operations meet brand standards.

You will coach and motivate associates, engage customers with personalized styling, and execute training programs while maintaining a high-energy, results-focused culture. This role requires flexibility to work day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or as a key holder.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling and customer engagement skills.
• High energy and strong communication to deliver results.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve and exceed store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Build client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction.
• Coach associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviours.
• Open/close store with accountability for results and standards.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Monitor KPIs and adapt based on feedback and trends.
