Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the store alone.
• Flexible with retail hours including weekends/holidays.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving and exceeding store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Build client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction.
• Leverage product knowledge to communicate value and drive conversions.
• Inspire and motivate associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviors.
• Coach team in real time to improve selling techniques and client engagement.
• Open and close the store with accountability for results and standards.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights from customer feedback and sales trends.
