Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Client Engagement: lead by example to achieve sales goals and build client relationships.
• Lead the Sales Floor: inspire associates, foster a high-energy sales culture and coach in real time.
• Deliver Operational Excellence: open/close store, maintain visuals, monitor stockroom for efficiency and SKU availability.
