KnitWell Group in North Carolina is seeking a Sales Lead who guides associates and models superior customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become a store expert and step in as manager when needed.

You will drive brand standards, onboard and develop an engaged team, support an inclusive environment, and use tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Takes initiative and can delegate/prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
