Journeys is seeking a Sales Lead to assist store management with daily operations and team development. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure customer-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train staff, enforce policies, and help manage opening/closing duties while supporting loss prevention efforts and maintaining Journeys’ culture of self-expression and energy.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices.
• Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in store management’s absence.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in store management’s absence.
• Effectively communicate all store needs to store management.
• Complete bank deposits.
• Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
• Complete all required training.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Understand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team.
