Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Completion of training programs leading up to Sales Lead or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to employees.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to policy.
• Supervise daily store operations in the absence of management.
• Maintain loss prevention practices in the absence of management.
• Communicate store needs to management.
• Deliver a fun, full-service experience to customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
