Job summary

Journeys Tejon Ranch is seeking a Sales Lead to support store operations and drive sales. You will lead a team, deliver a fun, full-service customer experience, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced teen retail environment.

You’ll train associates, coach staff, and ensure daily sales goals are met while maintaining loss prevention practices. The role requires weekend/evening availability and physical stamina for store duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and able to work nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform opening/closing duties.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
