The role emphasizes delivering a fun, full-service customer experience, handling opening/closing duties, and maintaining Loss Prevention practices in management’s absence. This position requires availability for night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and complete training programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
